    Every order arrives confirmed.

    Osusu checks payment and stock before an order reaches you. You see the order number, what was bought, how the customer paid and exactly what you receive.

  2. Packing

    Pack with a checklist. Print the label.

    Each product type has its own checklist. A sealed pack photo is kept as evidence, and the label prints from the order with its QR code.

  3. Handover

    Scan every package onto the rider.

    When our rider arrives you scan each package. The handover code unlocks only when every one is accounted for, so nothing leaves your store unrecorded.

    Photos checked before buyers see them.

    Each category asks for the shots buyers trust. Every photo is checked against the stock, the background, the light and the label, and Photo Studio cleans your main photos to a pure white background.

    Price once. Sell three ways.

    Set one price and choose how buyers can pay: Buy Now, Pay Small Small with your minimum upfront and longest plan, or Group Buy shares. The preview shows what you receive after commission.

  6. Pay Small Small

    Every plan and every payment, in one place.

    See what is locked in, what has been collected and which plans finish this week. Late plans are followed up by Osusu, and the stock stays reserved for the buyer.

    Every payout lists its orders, the commission and discounts, any fees and the total sent to your bank. Download it for your accountant in one click.

    When a customer reports a problem, your pack photo, our hub check and the handover scan are already attached. You have 48 hours to accept or dispute.

  10. Team

    Give each person only what they need.

Buyers pay small small. You’re paid in full.

A big-ticket price becomes a small payment today and the rest over weeks or months, on terms you set.

Your stock stays reserved while the plan runs. Osusu follows up late payers, never you. When the last payment lands, the whole price, less commission, is in your next Monday payout.

If a buyer stops paying, the plan is cancelled and your stock is released. You’re never charged.

Do I ship to customers?

No. Osusu picks up from your store, or you drop off at a warehouse. We deliver and look after the customer.

When am I paid for a Pay Small Small order?

The Monday after the buyer’s last payment. If a buyer stops paying, the plan is cancelled and your stock is released. You are never charged.

Who can sell?

Original sellers, and authorised distributors with a letter from the brand. No unauthorised resellers.

What about returns?

Damaged, faulty or wrong items can be returned. Your pack photo and our handover scan are attached as evidence, and you have 48 hours to accept or dispute.

Can my staff use it?

Yes. Invite packers, managers and finance staff, each with their own sign-in.
